The Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione marks the return of Alfa to the United States. A comback in style, the carbon-fibre body was designed by Pinifarina and the mechanics are delivered by Maserati. The aluminium V8 produces 450 hp which is shifted to the wheels through a six-speed paddle box. The 8C Competizione hits 62 mph in 4.2 secondes but it will take till 2008 to hit the streets. The bad news is that only 500 will be built and they are all spoken for. So if you want to own a 8C Competizione you will have to get a scale model.
